Are RLITI sabers forged for real combat and dueling?
Yes! Every RLITI lightsaber is designed for full-contact dueling. The blades are made from tough, slightly flexible polycarbonate that withstands heavy blows without breaking.
For intense combat, we recommend using the RGB core, since Neopixel blades with embedded LEDs are more sensitive to high-impact strikes.
Can I command the blade to change its color?
Indeed. If your hilt carries a threaded end, you can unite two sabers with a coupler and forge a double-bladed staff. For hilts without threads, a compatible connector will do the job.
Can I shift my blade to different colors of the Force?
RLITI lightsabers include 12 preset blade colors that you can switch with a single button press.
For S-RGB or SNV4 Pro cores, the ForcePark V2 app lets you create and fine-tune an unlimited range of custom colors.
What is a saber soundfont in the world of lightsabers?
A soundfont is essentially the “voice” of your lightsaber — a complete set of sounds and programmed actions that define how it ignites, hums, swings, and clashes. Each soundfont carries unique effects and iconic lines inspired by different Star Wars themes.
How are soundfonts more advanced than regular saber sounds?
Soundfonts are themed audio packs that give your saber its own distinct character. While every saber includes the same basic effects—ignition, swings, clashes, and more—each soundfont reshapes how those sounds are delivered, creating a different atmosphere or cinematic vibe.
How do I set up a Bluetooth connection between the app and my saber?
Ensure your saber is equipped with an S-RGB or SNV4 Pro core.
Download and install the ForcePark V2 app from your device’s app store.

How can I safely take out the battery from the saber core?
If you’re not confident about removing it without causing damage, please contact us in advance, and we’ll guide you step by step.
What steps should I take if my lightsaber fails to power on?
Take out the battery and inspect the spring in the battery slot. Make sure the battery is seated properly, then reinsert it and attempt to turn on the saber again.
Is it possible to access the SD card through the saber’s charging port?
No, the charging port cannot be used to access the SD card. To transfer or manage SD card files, you’ll need an external card reader. For Proffie boards, certain programming tweaks can still be done via the charging port.
Is it possible to upgrade my saber from an SNV4 Pro core to a Proffie core?
Absolutely. Since both cores are Neopixel-compatible, they work with the same blades. You can upgrade your saber by swapping the core without changing the hilt or blade.
How can I get the configuration file for my lightsaber?
You can download your saber’s configuration files from this Google Drive link to reset or update its settings.
Is it possible to fully power down a Proffie saber?
Proffie cores remain in standby by design. To completely power off your saber, just take the battery out.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Absolutely! RLITI delivers lightsabers across the galaxy, with free standard shipping included.
Please note, due to certain restrictions (even in distant star systems!), shipping to some regions may be temporarily unavailable. If your location appears at checkout, we can send your saber to you.
When can I expect my order to ship, and how long will it take to arrive?
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–12 days, with many customers receiving their lightsaber in about a week.
Please keep in mind: international shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections.
How can I follow the status of my order?
Once your saber is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number. Enter it on our tracking page to keep an eye on your shipment.
Is it possible to update my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order is still being processed, reach out to us to modify the shipping address. Once it’s on its way, address changes might not be possible, and extra fees may apply.
Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). A valid street address with a recipient signature is required for delivery.
What is the origin of RLITI shipments?
Our lightsabers are dispatched from warehouses in the USA, UK, and Hong Kong. For optimal packing and protection, the majority of orders are shipped from our Hong Kong hub.

What payment methods does RLITI accept for orders?
RLITI supports all major payment methods, including popular installment options for flexible payments.
I haven’t received an order confirmation—has my order been successfully placed?
Start by checking your spam or junk folders. If you still don’t see a confirmation email, contact our support team for assistance.
Am I able to cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Yes! If your order hasn’t left our facility, you can reach out to adjust or cancel it. Keep in mind that a small fee may apply for cancellations.
Will I need to pay customs or import fees?
In most countries, lightsabers don’t incur import taxes.
For EU customers, we offer a shipping option that covers taxes upfront, so you won’t pay anything extra upon delivery. We’ll notify you if any tax rules change.
What does it mean when my card can’t complete this purchase?
This notification indicates that your bank has blocked the payment. You can either contact your bank to authorize the transaction or use an alternative payment method.
About Warranty / Returns
Does RLITI offer a warranty for its lightsabers?
Absolutely! All RLITI lightsabers are backed by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If any issues arise during this period, we’ll replace the affected parts free of charge. Once the warranty ends, repairs are still available, though replacement parts may have a cost.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Delivery times vary by location. Domestic orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days, while international shipments may take 7–16 days. Exact details will be included in your order confirmation email.
How can I start a warranty claim?
Contact our support team with your order number and a clear description of the issue, including photos or videos if possible. Once we review your case, we’ll provide instructions for returning the saber if a repair is required.
Does the warranty remain valid if I sell or transfer my saber to someone else?
No—the warranty is valid only for the original owner. If the saber is sold, gifted, or transferred, the warranty will no longer apply, as we track coverage through the original purchaser’s order.
Is it possible to return my saber if I change my mind or don’t like it?
We provide repair or replacement services for any manufacturing defects. However, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds if the reason is simply personal preference.
Am I able to return an unopened saber without reaching out to support first?
Always contact us before returning any items. Returns sent without notice may be misplaced during shipping, and we won’t be able to assist with those cases.
