Which payment methods do you accept?

Which currency can I pay in?
RLITI supports multiple currencies. The correct currency will display based on your region, and you can switch it in the site selector when available.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also check status via our Track Your Order page.
Do you ship to the United States? What are the timelines?
Yes. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by service and destination, commonly 3–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via trusted carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local partners such as USPS for last‑mile in the U.S.).
Will I pay duties or taxes?
Sales tax may be collected at checkout where required. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country; these are typically paid by the recipient unless stated otherwise.
What is your return policy?
30‑day returns from the delivery date. Items must be in original condition with all accessories. Start a return by emailing your order number and reason to info@rliti.com.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we made an error, we’ll cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping. For other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
