We offer secure, convenient payment options. Availability may vary by country, currency, and device.

Accepted payments

  • Credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
  • PayPal
  • UnionPay
  • Buy now, pay later (where available): Shop Pay Installments, Klarna, Affirm
  • RLITI gift cards and store credit (if applicable)

Not accepted (unless expressly stated): cash on delivery, bank checks, money orders, crypto.

Notes by method

  • Cards: 3‑D Secure/OTP may be required by your bank for additional verification.
  • Apple Pay/Google Pay: Must be enabled on your device and supported browser; use your wallet’s default billing/shipping info or edit at checkout.
  • PayPal: You can pay with balance, linked card, or bank per PayPal settings.
  • Installments: Eligibility, APR, and fees are shown by the provider at checkout and governed by their terms.
  • Gift cards/store credit: Enter the code at checkout; multiple can be combined with a single order unless limited by promotion rules.

Currency and taxes

  • Prices may display in your local currency; the charge currency is shown at checkout.
  • Your bank may add conversion or cross‑border fees.
  • Taxes are calculated at checkout. International orders may incur duties/import fees unless stated otherwise.

Security

  • Checkout is protected with HTTPS/TLS and PCI‑compliant processing.
  • We do not store full card numbers or CVV on our servers.
  • You may save a payment method with our processor for faster checkout and remove it anytime.

When you’re charged

  • In‑stock items: Typically charged when you place the order.
  • Pre‑orders/backorders: An authorization or charge may occur at order time to reserve inventory (see the product page for details).

Troubleshooting a declined payment

  • Confirm card details, billing address, and name match your bank records.
  • Approve any 3‑D Secure/OTP prompts from your bank.
  • Try another card or payment method (e.g., PayPal or a wallet).
  • Call your bank to approve the transaction (international/large orders may be flagged).
  • Disable VPN/ad blockers temporarily and retry in a supported browser.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds go to the original payment method.
  • Posting times depend on the provider/bank (typically 3–10 business days).
