Overview

We ship orders to customers in the United States with free Standard Shipping. This page explains handling time, delivery estimates, tracking, address rules, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Where we ship

  • United States (all 50 states).
  • If you need delivery outside the U.S., please contact us before ordering.

Handling time

  • In-stock items: ship within 1–3 business days after payment.
  • Configured/assembled items: ship within 3–7 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • If an item is unavailable, we will email you within 24–48 hours with options to wait, change, or receive a refund.

Shipping method and cost

  • Service: Standard Shipping
  • Cost: Free for all U.S. orders
  • Carriers: We use reputable carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or a comparable service. The carrier is selected automatically based on destination, weight, and service availability.

Estimated delivery time (in transit)

  • United States: 4–9 business days in transit.

Notes: Delivery windows exclude handling time. Weather, peak seasons, remote areas, and operational issues can cause delays. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours after dispatch. You can also view status on our “Track Your Order” page.

Shipping address requirements

  • Provide a complete, deliverable street address, recipient name, and phone number. PO Boxes or military addresses are accepted only if supported by the chosen carrier.
  • Address changes: contact us as soon as possible; once shipped, changes may not be possible. Any re-delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • High-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

Duties, taxes, and fees

  • Orders delivered within the United States generally do not incur import duties.
  • Any locally applicable taxes or carrier-assessed fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

Loss, damage, or shortage

Inspect packages upon delivery. If items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, email info@rliti.com within 48 hours of receipt and include your order number and clear photos of the outer box, label, and items. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, reshipment, or refund and may file a carrier claim. Reports made after the timeframe may limit available remedies.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Partial shipments

To speed up delivery, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra cost. Separate tracking numbers will be provided where applicable.

Restricted items and compliance

Our products are intended for lawful recreational, performance, and collectible use. The customer is responsible for ensuring the items are permitted at the delivery location.

Delivery Claims

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, or if the package appears lost in transit, we’re here to help — especially if you purchased our Shopping Guarantee.

Covered with Shopping Guarantee

If you added the Shopping Guarantee at checkout, your order is fully protected. In the event of a non-delivery or loss, we will resend your package at no extra cost, even if the courier does not accept liability. Just contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update, and we’ll handle the rest.

Without Shopping Guarantee

  • The claims process may take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping provider.
  • RLITI cannot issue refunds or replacements unless the carrier approves the claim.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier if no Shopping Guarantee was selected.
