Overview
We accept returns and exchanges for both change-of-mind and defective/incorrect items. Please read the conditions and timelines below.
Return window
- Change-of-mind returns: 30 days from delivery.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as received, unused or only tested for fit/function, without signs of impact, wear, or cosmetic damage;
- Include all original accessories, manuals, screws, chargers, blades, and packaging; and
- Have valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Non-returnable items
- Customized or made-to-order items that materially differ from our standard options;
- Items with significant wear, misuse, modification, or accidental damage (e.g., bent blades from impact, water damage, altered electronics);
- Gift cards and digital/downloadable goods;
- Clearance/final-sale items where stated on the product page.
How to start a return
- Email info@rliti.com with your order number, reason, and photos/video for any defect, damage, or missing item.
- Wait for Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
- Pack items securely (use original packaging when possible) and remove old labels.
- Ship using the method specified in your RMA. Include the RMA number inside the box and on the label if requested.
Return shipping costs and labels
- Change-of-mind: customer is responsible for return postage.
- Defective/incorrect: we provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping after verification.
- If a parcel is returned due to refusal, wrong address, or repeated failed delivery, the original and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Restocking fee
- For change-of-mind returns that are opened but in resalable condition, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to cover inspection, repacking, and processing.
- No restocking fee for approved defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. We will confirm availability and any price differences. You pay or receive a credit for any price difference, plus applicable shipping for the new item.
Refund method and timing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Order cancellations
- If the order has not shipped, we will cancel and refund in full.
- If the order has shipped, you may refuse the package or follow the return process after delivery. For change-of-mind cancellations, shipping costs incurred may be non‑refundable.
Missing, damaged, or incorrect items
Inspect your package upon delivery. If anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect, email info@rliti.com within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the outer box (including label), inner packaging, and item(s). After verification, we will arrange a replacement, reshipment, or refund and may file a carrier claim.
Warranty support
Some products may include a limited warranty stated on the product page or in the manual. If your item develops a covered fault during the warranty period, contact us with a description and supporting media. We may offer troubleshooting, parts, repair, replacement, or other remedies according to the warranty terms.
Refused or undeliverable shipments
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can reship at your request (additional postage applies) or refund the product price less any shipping costs incurred.
International and EU notes
- For non‑U.S. orders, import duties/taxes may apply and are non‑refundable. If a shipment is returned because duties/taxes were unpaid, related costs may be deducted from your refund.
- EU 14‑day cooling‑off period: If shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
